Booking Policies
Minimum Stay Requirement
All accommodations require a 2-night minimum stay. Capacity numbers consider twin occupancy for queen beds.
Booking & Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your reservation. 50% is due six months prior to arrival and the remainder is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Accommodations: 25%-50% of the deposit is refundable pending the type of retreat if canceled in writing prior to 6 months of arrival.
Group Rates
Multi-night stays qualify for additional discounts. Corporate plans and rates are available upon inquiry.
Facilities Information
Showerhouse has 2 male / 2 female showers & toilets (closed in winter). Wagon Wheel Café has male and female restrooms with a shower. Tent sites are near the showerhouse or other areas may be used.
Check-in/Check-out
Typical Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out available upon request. Check in and Checkout time may need to adjusted for property turn time on same day departures and arrivals of separate groups.
